Taste Chef Marco’s fusion entrees with culinary influence
A delicious Taste of the South, created to pilot your palate across the south; to include, dirty rice, crispy fried chicken, red pepper remoulade sauce, Marco’s Cajun seasoning, seared shrimp and crawfish, and topped with chopped parsley and green onions.
A bold, spicy and tasteful Cajun Alfredo sauce tossed in penne pasta and beautifully presented with sautéed peppers and onions, accompanied with Marco’s Cajun seasoning, shrimp, crawfish, and garnished with parsley.
A delicious infusion of Marco’s Cajun Sauce tossed in penne pasta, topped with crispy fried chicken breasts, topped with more Cajun sauce, dressed with a melt down of provolone, Asiago, and Parmesan cheeses. Garnished with Cajun seasoning and parsley.
The original and refined presentation of Jambalayas and Étouffées
Steamed rice folded and topped with Marco’s Cajun Sauce, with seared Cajun chicken, sautéed peppers and onions (holy trinity), shrimp, crawfish, and andouille sausage. Finished with Cajun seasoning for a spicy pleasure and garnished with parsley and green onion.
Roux made from scratch, cooked slow with all the bayou herbs that produce a rich flavor. A heaving scoop of steamed white rice over Étouffée gravy, topped with Cajun seasoning, seared chicken, diced andouille sausage, shrimp, and crawfish, Finished with LA Hot sauce and garnished with parsley and green onion.
